So from a thread about improving cornering I managed to "acquire" the twist of the wrist Vol.2 video. I've not watched all of it yet but I'm coming to the conclusion that having some supplementry reading material would help. Now there is twist of the wrist Vol.1 and then Vol.2 - are these different books altogether i.e Vol.2 is more advanced whereas Vol.1 is for beginners and novices, or is it simply that Vol.2 is updated and better written and therefore going just for Vol.2 would be fine?

go for the 2nd one. Its more based on road riding and you would be able to apply more from it.

Volume 2 is annotated with extra stuff, but otherwise is identical to Volume 1.

The keith code books are very good, have a read and practice what is in them and you should improve no end
