I am selling my trusted Piaggio NRG in order to advance onto a geared bike. This bike has done 7000 miles and has had many parts replaced, such as a new battery and a new rear Michelin in January. Everything else on this bike is STANDARD and HAS NOT been derestricted to my father's recollection. It will do 45mph+ and WILL always start first time. It has a META M1 immobiliser installed. Cosmetic damages include a scrape on the left hand panel incurred during winter riding. Will sell for £400 ONO or PX with HONDA CBR125 or XR125L. This item will also be available on EBAY to bid. Very good mechanical condition as it has always been treated with Silkolene Semi-Syth 2 stroke oil. LOCATION IS IN NW LONDON so email me on [email protected] to arrage viewing. look forward to seeing you guys

THIS ITEM IS NOW ON EBAY AND IS FOR SALE WITH A STARTING BID OF 300 POUNDS. SOME OTHER GUY IS SELLING A SIMILAR BIKE WHICH HAS SOME "STYLISH" no pun intended bits for more a more expensive price so i conclude that this is a bargain. There are 9 days on the auction left.

It would probably be useful to give the link to the scooter on eBay so that if anyone is interested in it they can find it, and then bid on it if they want to.

Hope it sells which from what you've said and the phone for £300 I reckon it is fairly likely to. Worth putting it in www.adtrader.co.uk as well. Thumbs Up

Setting a starting bid and then saying no reserve is a bit contradictory Smile
I would probably buy this for a mess around thing round my estate, if I wasn't saving for a geared bike too.

Free bump I guess.

LOL, true, true. A bit stupid, but hey i guess that's typical me. It's my first time selling on e-bay, so i tried to get advice from some computer nerd / web designer mates of mine. Yeh, tis a good runabout. I once took it from Watford to Waterloo which is roughly 30 miles after college cos i was so bored. It took me nearly 2 hours but it goes to show how capable the vehicle is. I ain't a ped boi so i haven't raced it. I know for sure, racing's to be done on a track, or your own private car park lol. I want to get rid of it cos i can no longer keep up with my friend's NSR 125 which he derestricted upon passing his test and i want to be able to get some distance. I saw some middle aged man on a CBR 125 in Henley on Thames last weekend and claimed that he was from Uxbridge Shocked . Goes to show wot random things one can do with a 125.

Sorry Tom, the bike was sold earlier today for 400 quid to a very polite and enthusiastic lad in London. Hope my NRG, or "nurg" is given a good home. This also means that the auction has been terminated early!
