To give me bit more of a rip from the RSV I am considering Beowulf ''380mm''(stubby) ovals, working to tight budget so ideally want to keep cost sub £300. Has anyone fitted straight through stubby cans to their RSV, did it mess with performance/ fueling, or did it run okay?

There is a long thread on here about how beowolf suck.

Personally I always thinkg cheapo cans look especially shit on nice bikes, Save up for a nice pair of Akra's or Arrows.

I believe Wave on here had a handmade set from Italy (made by Toni Wink ) for his RSV and they where nice and not too pricey either.

nothing surer the Beowulf are at the cheap end of the scale, I would be ripping the sticker off to be left with a set of oval stainless cans.. I can get them for £270, I could push boat out to £320, if had to pay more than that would just keep standard can's. Being a Scot working to a strict budget !!
