Its apparently an '09 plate R1 for £2000 which seems to good to be true to me, but somone may be interested in following it up.

BTW this is nothing to do with me, just thought someone may get a bit of a bargain Thumbs Up

Clearly an error when advertising the bike, it is definitely an 09 R1. Wonder how many calls he will get from people trying to bite his arm off for it.

There was a KTM RC8 on Gumtree Stoke the other day for £1800 Rolling Eyes .

Not sticky keyboard. They wait until someone turns up and mug them hoping they've bought the readies along to buy it straight away.

It's quite common and there were reports of it happening on the news (Gumtree specifically mentioned) a while back, can't believe people are still falling for it.

To be fair that was my initial thought......

Having said that its been removed now, so guess he's noticed his mistake.... Bet his phone has melted to a small plastic puddle Smile

I'd imagine someone had reported it to Gumtree as a scam and they've removed it.
