hi everyone,

ive got my mod 2 tomorrow (friday) im paniking a bit....

must chill lol

right i need to know where and when i need livesavers, which order to check/signal etc and which for right or left turns.

as far as i know it.

right turn at junction.

approach: right mirror, right shoulder, signal, move over to the right. hit junction. right left right, road clear. set off and check right shoulder just before moving.

left turn

approach. right mirror, shoulder, left mirror, shoulder indicate left. move left if safe. right left right at juntion, if stationary check round bike. move away and maybe a left shoulder check if there is a cycle lane or room for a cycle to pass.

whats missing or shouldnt be there!!!! need to get this drilled down!!!

many MANY thanks for help! much appreciated Smile

That seems spot of Very Happy make you tilt your head slightly when checking mirrors, they need to be able to see you doing it. Keep tight round corners, and your life savers seem spot on. If you've had a few lessons and they've taught you you'll be fine, they teach you to a slightly higher standard then needed.

Just watch your signals on roundabouts, dont signal too early, or too late Very Happy

Also remember to check your mirrors whenever you enter or leave a speed restricted area (As in a 30 zone)

Also remember to turn of the indicator once you have completed the manoeuvre Thumbs Up

Anything you aren't sure about ask your instructor to go through before the test.

I thought the order would be mirror, indicate then shoulder check/lifesaver, move to right side of road.

Also remember to check both mirrors before pulling away at traffic lights Thumbs Up
