I'm currently at work and just had to rush down the stairs because I heard an alarm going that I thought might be my bike. I got down there and it is a car going off with a girl sitting in the back seat. When the girls mother returned to the car and I explained that you can't set an alarm if you want someone to sit in the car. She seemed totally baffled as to why.

Bloody clowns.

My dad did that with the dog - trouble was that they were on holiday for the weekend so it was a case of leave the car open for someone to steal (the car or dog) or have the alarm going off all the time! [the alarm automatically set itself after a few seconds]

Don't know why they couldn't take the dog with them?

You should of followed her prodding her in the back and repeating,"buck buck shabooom arckkkkkk". And then when she asks what you are doing reply with,"isn't this normal?", and fall to the ground.

A Vauxhall Omega - apparently there's a button somewhere that disarms the alarm - the old man couldn't find it!

It really does make you wonder what goes on inside their heads when someone does something that daft through. Thinking

On my car if I press the lock button once to lock it, then press it again it disables the interior sensors.

I've watched a woman do this no less than 12 times.

I was sat in a peugeot dealer while waiting for a friend to 'sign on the dotted line' for a car when a woman in a 206 pulled up at the petrol station next door.

She filled up, locked the car with the remote key, and walked towards the shop to pay. The alarm went off because she had a dog on the back seat jumping up and down.

She walked back to the car, unlocked it, re-locked it, started to walk off, and it went off again. She did this 9 times!

2 of the salesmen went out to try and explain that the alarm will go off if the dogs inside coz of the movement it's making.

I can only assume she didn't take it in as she then did the same thing 2 more times! On the last time she just went and paid with the alarm going off!

She looked like a right prat, was funny though.

Another story, kind of 'stupid person' and 'unlucky person'

I was filling up the bike in a petrol station when I see a lady flapping about around her car. I go in an pay up, when I come out the woman is looking very worried so I ask her if she's ok.

Turns out that she was using her husbands car for the first time (a new volvo) and when she went to pay for her petrol she left the keys in the ignition, resulting in - after a certain time had elapsed - the car 'kindly' locking itself. Worse still was that her kid was trapped in the back!

Long story short, we had to smash the window in with a crow bar (as I don't like volvo's this was very nice). The kid was a right trooper - never got upset al all!

Moral of the story - technology is not always our friend and if you buy a Volvo - you're going get what's coming to you!

Oh yes! I call people like this sheep! They flock to the same things -they have the same cars, wear the same clothes, eat at the same restaurants, herd off to the same holiday destination and have no clue about anything. They're everywhere!!! Confused

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

LMFAO!! Volvo's have a sensor that unlocks all the doors in the event of a crash. The sensor is about 6 inches from the windscreen under the left wing. Just thump down there & all the doors unlock...

& you smashed her window with a crowbar?? LMFAO!!!!

The old Renault 20's and 30's had a similar thing, although, I don't think intentionally! If you gave the driver wing a hard enough thump it would set the central locking off and lock who/whatever was in the car inside.

They were one of the first european cars that had central locking I think. Our dog once locked my mum out of our Renault 20 many years ago after stepping on the button in the centre console whle se was getting a parking ticket, left the keys in the car with the dog. Ooops! Laughing
