Hi all,

Im in the process of upgrading my ZXR400 front calipers to some GSXR600 K1 front calipers. The problem is the ZXR4 mounting bolts are M10 and the GSXR are M8 leaving 2mm worth of play in the fork leg. Also the calipers need to be spaced 1.5mm in from the fork leg so they run central to the disc.

Before anyone says anything I know I could easily make these up myself with some tubing and a 1.5mm washer but it'll piss me off that its not as tidy a job as it could be. Also I'm aware of all the local engineering firms who are able to do this for me but I'd rather put the money in forum members pockets. So can anyone make 4 of these up for me? I'm happy to provide Beer or cash for your trouble. You could even make a few batches and sell them on ebay, Im sure there is a demand for them.

Also I need four M8 x 40mm high tensile bolts (allen or hex head) if anyone can source me some Smile

Thanks,
Jack
