Summer Gloves

Hey all
Im after some summer gloves and have seen two pairs that look ok they are RST Rift £35 or RST S-PK £26, has any got these or recommend which is better pls.

I have the Rifts. Only cost me £20 brand new in bargain bin. Had them about 18months and no signs of wear and tear at all, just some slight discolouration to the leather. Great gloves for the money and really supple. Dont get the spk they are poor in comparison.
Only thing ive found is the gloves run up a little small. I have a Large pair and the thumb is a little tight when riding and the index finger. Could do with an XL really. May get another pair in XL shortly.

Never stopped to think about what they are (brand), they are thin, have lots of vents, and lots of padded bits where it matters, they are XS and fit me near perfect. And that's that.

For true summer days , I wear vented gloves. It stops your hands getting sweaty and it feels good, the air going between your fingers.

Alpinestars SP-1 for me. A bit more expensive, but they fit me ... like a glove?!

Just get the most comfortable ones.

As long as fit well and protect you, there isn't a great deal of difference between summer gloves.

Some might have more vents, that can be a good or a bad thing. Some might be softer kangaroo leather, but it doesn't make much difference.

Its not like winter gloves that need to keep you dry and warm etc..

I got some RST rift gloves.

As has been said they are a small fit, I got the XXL yet I usually take XL.

If you do decide on buying some go up 1 size

Got mine for £33 including P&P.

RST Delta in black for me, XL.

Cost £35 from bikerbits on eBay.

They dug in a little on the webbing between my 2nd and 3rd fingers but seem to have broken them in a bit now.

Really nice gloves.

Yup, get something comfortable with lots of feel. Try them on in a shop, sizing comes up differently from different manufacturers.

Don't too hung up on armoured knuckles and that too. If you crash, you'll be putting your hands out in front of you, and as you may see you never get gloves with armour on the palms. Plain leather is more comfortable.

Alpinestar SP-2 gloves for me as well.
Think they cost me about £90 last year, But they still look as good as they did when they were new.
Have been crashed in a few times on track, they are comfortable too!
