BSD bungs use softer bolts to bend rather than tear apart the mount.

Are you sure you have it the right way round, ie left and right side..........

Do this and it wil rip your frame apart if you crash, the bolts are soft to absorb the impact.

You should have the correct kit from R&G, if it wasn't in the box call them up, they are usually quite helpful.

If they dont fit either your doing it wrong or they hqve sent you the wrong kit.
They do design them to fit on the bikes, you dont need to buy new bolts! Either contact them or take the bike to the bike shop and let them do it.

Thumbs Up

If you read what people had put, you want proper bolts from R&G because their bolts are designed to bend/break on impact rather than ripping the threads out of your frame/engine.

Talk to R&G and/or make sure you're putting them in the right places before you just go and buy some ill-fitting, too strong bolts.

only thing i can suggest is to swap the bolts around. not nessessarily the bungs, just the bolts.

the race bungs on my trackbike were different lengths and caused a lot of confusion when i tried to refit them the wrong way round.

It sounds like the kit you've got isn't for your bike and so you should return it to the seller. All necessary parts should be in the box so either the seller has sent you a kit for a different bike or they've sent you the right kit with the wrong bolts for some reason.

(this is all based on the assumption that you're not doing it wrong Razz )

If you're trying to fit them to any bike other than a mito 125 then you're doing it wrong. Laughing

Did you buy from "extremeperformanceparts1"?

To sum up, you had to phone Almax to ask them how to lock a bike lock?

And after all this thread, you had them the wrong way round because you're an idiot?

Right.

Can you count to potato?
