Year 1 is done and dusted. Final test taken.

Now got to wait until next year for year 2 which furthers the qualification I now have. Year 3 is a degree Cool

York adult eduction booklet has details of a motorcycle course, Monday evenings starting September. Thinking of looking into it myself.

Hi, I don't have a car yet... maybe next year Wink

I did/do night course.. Tuesday evenings.. I work full time..

Danny, it was free as I am under 19, but next year will cost around £160.00

This year was quite bad to be honest! The college messed us around far too much and we never really learnt everything we should have (hence why I want to go back next year as I'm still not all that confident with mechanics Confused) But next year should be good Thumbs Up

I've learnt a lot, despite not being as confident as I was hoping to be.. I've learnt enough to convert a MX bike into a motard anyway Laughing

Hey cool, I just finished a NVQ Level two "Motor Vehicle Studies" (mechanics to everyone else) course and it was a very good experiance doing it. Learnt a hell of a lot and had a lot of fun, it was a good break before returning to college to do my A Levels Sad .

Must say the college messed me and a friend around a bit, as we signed up to do the 2 year (level 3) course, and all was OK until the day we turned up to start (first day of term) and we were taken to the centre manager's office and told "Sorry, we arn't running to course you wanted, and you can either sign up for the 1 year course now or bugger off" (not his exact words, but the jist of it). Buggering of would mean either getting a proper job, or going to another college (joining partway though a course if they would have us) so we just signed up for the one year course. Cant say it was a bad decision though Thumbs Up

Glad you enjoyed yours aswell Thumbs Up Very Happy

Cheers, Jonathan
