some of you will be familiar with that saying and my user name, others will be baffled. I came upon your site whilst looking for something and was intrigued by your chat posts. I have been biking since 1966, the year England won the World Cup. We were biking home from a boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads that Saturday.Bills BSA 125 Bantam kept failing due to the rain (this was before WD40 was invented) and we kept having to stop to dry out his ignition. When we got home England had won. I passed my test in May 1967. Took 20 mins around the block twice clockwise. Around the block twice counter clockwise and an emergency stop. Passed, cost me 7/6d (35p). Went off and bought me a T120 Bonnie. Since then biking all my life. Mum and Dad are to blame as they encouraged me. Never had an accident and never come off (touch wood). Stopped once by the town foot Police who, after looking over the bike remarked my horn was inoperative (you could hear the Bonnie miles away) so bought a parp-parp rubber hooter. Ahh those were the days!! Bit of advice do a Bikesafe course with local plod. Then do it again every other year. You will be pleased you did and a great day out for £30. Ride safe now. If you've been riding your chopper all day, and your skull cap helmet has done less than a poor job at keeping the wind from drying out your eyes. WD-40 Company has a solution. WD-40 is a very good eye lubricant, or "Eye Wetter" as stated in it's various uses on the side of the can.
