gs500 engine mount bolt!!

How the feck can i get it out! my god!
Ive even rang up a couple of garages and they said they wont do as it is too much hassle.

Ive had one out in the past by using the blow torch , lump hammer and spanner it took me ages but i got it out!

Now this one i cant get out! What would be the safest way to get it out? i was thinking of grinding of the ends and drilling through where its seized in?

can you get the nut off??
if so thats half the battle,,
failing that, grind the fucker free, then use a big bar and socket and try and loosen the bolt, then use a drift and whack the fucker free
grease up the new one

i had to cut the thing out. sometimes it is the only way.
once i had the bolt out the frame i tried drilling the bolt out so that i could save the mounting rubber thing. took ages even with WD-40 to cool and lubricate the drill bit.
i tried using a drift with a big muther fuking hammer and a breaker bar over a foot long. still wasn't budging. got to the point where i was beginning to lift the bike off the floor. (couldn't push down as the frame was in the way)

ive had to cut two off so far.
i drill the heads off them then remove the rest when the engines out of the bike.

The engine is out of the frame , i bought the engine of some guy and he had to grind the of the mount on the frame to get out the engine.

I was going to grind of the 2 ends then drill it out where its seized in.

i would grind through the bolt just left of the inner face of the left bush then drill into the bolt removing the rest of the face then knock the remaing bolt out with a drift.
