Does that have the same engine as the R125? Sort a tail tidy, exhaust and getting rid of that luggage rack and that will look awesome.

What tyres are those? How do you rate them so far?

XT:
Max. Power 7.3 kW (10 PS) @ 8,250 rpm
Max. Torque 10.1 Nm (1.0 kg-m) @ 5,500 rpm

WR:
Max. Power 11 kW (15 PS) @ 9,000 rpm
Max. Torque 12.2 Nm (1.24 kg-m) @ 8,000 rpm

So not alot. Sad

£4K for a 125 is insane, that's more in total than I paid for an 2007 DTR 125 and a 2006 DRZ 400 SM including extra after market parts.

Still a nice bike tho, but as has been mentioned... needs the gay luggage rack getting rid of and a tail tidy, new exhaust and new mirrors (wtf were Yamaha thinking with those???).

Thats a very nice looking 125cc supermotard, considering the lack of choice today compared with the older more rare 125's from the 90's.

I do think it will be a nice 125 to ride, but i agree that you have paid far too much for it, as the bike really doesn't look like £4k worth in terms of the equipment, materials, and cycle parts used. It's not a put down of the bike at all, but i don't know how Yamaha can ask for £4k for a fairly cheap to build 125.

It's much the same with the WR250X, which is a bike i quite like. But they are way too expensive new to even be considered, when you could pick up a mint XT350 or DR350 and do a nice job of a supermoto conversion for 1/3 of the price or thereabouts.

I'm not sure a tail tidy has any purpose when there's a fuckin' big L plate hanging off the back. Nice first bike though. Thumbs Up

Nope, checked with the dealer before hand. Thumbs Up
