Morning all. Got these delivered last week - been loving them.
Definitely worth the money, given they were only £36 including postage from Hong Kong...

For the pair.

Here's an example - you'll have to search for any that are particular to your bike model.

Some of them seem to come up at £47 instead of £36, though. Not sure why.

Do they have any function or is it just an asthetics thing?

I always thought they were a bit of a gimmick but I find them really beneficial. I do a lot of two finger braking/clutching so the stubbies are absolutely perfect for that. Also my clutch span wasnt adjustable and I always found it a bit of a stretch with the standard lever. These are very adjustable and clutch is now set perfectly for me, easier to pop the clutch for a wheelie with the stubby being shorter and also closer to the bar too. Very Happy

@Misc - Delivery took 5 days for mine.

More direct feedback, IMO. I can feel what's going on with the brakes and determine the level of clutch engagement with more accuracy now - the stock levers were just lumps of cheap metal that stuck out of the handlebars: these give you a much better idea as to what's going on.

Must be a different seller then. Did you get them from ebay? Link please. Very Happy

If my clutch lever isn't adjustable at the handlebars, will the lever still work with this adjuster? Can only adjust mine via the sprocket cover.

Yes - the adjustment offered by these is only in terms of lever reach, not a direct adjustment for cable tension.

I got a pair a few weeks ago, bloody good buy IMO as has been said the standard clutch lever has no span adjustment, but these do, and are much more comfortable to use Smile

usually have the clutch set to 4 (or the lever touches the bars and the clutch tends to slip a little) and the brake set to 3 Thumbs Up

Think I might get a pair of these myself seeing as people don't have any problems with them. The span on my clutch lever is a bit uncomfortable for my little girly hands, so they should hopefully do the trick without paying out oodles of money for pazzo ones.

I'm sure if you wanted some then you could get some made, they're plain black as standard though (apart from the little reddy/pink adjuster)

Hmmm only ones from that dealer I could find were $100 inc delivery, works out about £68, for an FZ6 2007
, I guess if theres not much demand for them it less cost effective to produce them.

Sad

Ordered, I'm always doing 2 finger braking and blipping the throttle on the downshift, should help.

Also my clutch biting point is way too far out, I like it nice and close Smile

£33 here, cheapest yet https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Brake-Clutch-Levers-Kawasaki-ZX636R-ZX9R-10R-12R-Z1000-/130393768486?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item1e5c130226

Not the full range but a decent selection.

I was actually looking at these a month or 2 ago but no one does my clutch lever, the brake is pretty common though.
