Confused - plenty of other situations where if your bike goes wrong you've got serious problems. I have a fast bike so i can easily facilitate going quickly.

If you constantly worry about your bike breaking in any situation you're probably going to enjoy riding a lot less than those that don't.

I've done exactly the same thing, pulled over to let somebody catch up and then shot out infront of a lorry. On a 125 that makes me rockys. Very Happy

You do similar about 1000 times a day as a despatcher. There are countless situations where you would die if something failed on your bike at the wrong moment. If you thought about it for too long, you'd never ride again.

Yeah, but if it went wrong, then you'd definitely never ride again, and in some instances never be able to leave the house again due to a broken back
[/safety nazi]

On the flip side (i.e. relative sanity) yeah, I'd be OK with that, especially on a bike that swift Very Happy
