Hi
Not sure where you would use plumbing fittings on an NS125RK to derestrict it. The restriction is all in the exhaust, plus nothing there to operate the ATAC chamber (power valve).
In addition to the coil / plug, it could be the pickup for the ignition under the flywheel. I would suggest getting the problem to occur and then checking the timing with a strobe light while it is playing up.
