Selling an old Mobile

upgrading to the iPhone 4 on Thursday so will need rid of my old 5800.

really want to avoid eBay as they can be a temperamental phone at times, so what are the best companies to sell to?

Mazuma seems to be discussed a bit here at work and they are offering £70 which would be great.

Thoughts and opinions?

I've used Envirofone.com a couple of times and not had any problems. They're offering £68 for the 5800 - worth it to avoid the hassle and fees of Eblag!

Check all the Envirofone.com/Mazuma type sites for quotes as some vary quite a bit from phone to phone.

I sold my old n95 8gb to Mazuma last year for £115 which was in good nick...also sold them my old k800I at the same time for about £15 it worked ok but looked a right mess and had been driven over by a car..but all things apart from the messy scratched case

They paid what they said they would in 2 days!

Have used Mazuma for loads of old phones. Didn't get nearly as much as I would have on eBay, but as someone else said, it avoids the hassle of selling it to a person who might piss you about after the sale later on. Very quick turn around on the cheque, can't fault them. Good if you just need the money without any hassle.

This lot compare various sites based on your phone details. They reckon Mazuma would give you 70 (or 77 in Argosh vouchers) other places would give you up to 76 (or 81 / 84 / 88 in vouchers at different shops). Give it a go but also check fleabay if you don't mind the possibility of comeback. If you get more than 70 by using my suggestion, I'll split the difference with you
