Depends what model really. If its an ETZ125 then its pretty much the same as an ETZ250, 300 etc.

If its a four stroke 125, then its a 'new' model and should be an OK buy, but don't pay too much as I'm not sure on parts availability. Parts for the older MZ's aren't really a problem.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

I run an rt125 4 stroke which is an excellent bike, not unlike a cg125 honda in many ways but it has better brakes, handling and is a lot quicker. If you want the bike for learning check the power output as it may ned some minor restriction although Im not sure. The engine is a twin cam watercooled 4 valve unit and is very reliable.

What model? My MZ ETZ301 probably doesn't make much more than 20bhp, so I'd expect the ETZ 125 to not need to be restricted for a learner. Not sure on the four strokes, but there aren't many four stroke 125's that need to be restricted.

What model are you looking at?
