-NSR150 rider is better

Id say the rider being better ?

but then again it does look like the type of track more suited to a small flickable bike.

Yeah that is a damn bendy track, no descent straight to catch up on, a smaller bike will always do well on a track like that. Where is that track anyway?

According to some of his other videos, he seems to be in Taiwan.
