Sorry its not bike related.

I've been using this Forum for a while and still havent mannaged to figure out quoting other posts so that its in a white box. When i do it, it comes up like: [quote] Blah Blah Blah [quote]. not in a white box.

HOW DO YOU DO IT???? I know is an idiot's question but to everyone there is something simple you cant do.

Sorry just realised there is a seperate area for these kind of questions and I dont know how to move it, sorry.

Shifty .......if you type the code you have to make the final one [/quote] then it'll work!! Shhh!

Otherwise, as suggested, there is a 'quote' box in the top right corner for you to click on and it does it automatically and adds the OP's name too Wink

Trying not to sound like an idiot but, what?

The quote button is on the top right corner of a post area.

Just tell me how you managed to do it.

You have one too many 'finishing' quotes ( in bold) otherwise should be fine - I just press the button Shocked

It's a simple [blurb] to start the box or whatever and then the [/blurb] to finish!!

The post you quoted had "[/quote]" in it and so that messed up the formatting. I've added a space between the "/"and the "q" to make it work without problems.

If you look at the bottom left of your reply there is a little box called 'options'. I would hazard a guess that your BB code 'option' is off.
Like already said I believe you can enable it in your options. You can also tell your post to ignore BBCode but I doubt you are that stupid Razz.
