I'll bet those 2 photographers needed a change of underwear!

Will he be classed as a DNF? Both he and the bike appeared to have crossed the finishing line, albeit not in the usual fashion (i.e. with the rider actually on the bike).

Yeah it counted as a finish I believe. He was also given the all clear by the medical team.

Pretty big crash on the first corner of the race too.

No - not a finish, counted as a DNF because he wasn't in contact with the bike when he crossed the line!
