It is not hard to do the wheels your self but you might need a die to put the tread on the spokes.
What does two exhaust add to it bar looks.  |

if you have the spokes then get a push bike shop (not a motorbike shop)
to do it, they lace rims all the time and know what they are doing, bike shops these days are just part changers, they can't fix jack shit
or do anything useful apart from swap out parts,
exhaust adds nothing bar looks  ____________________ the humans are dead
