Whats the correct etiquette to follow when approaching another biker...

Who nods first and what about when your approaching a row of bikers, do you do the 'nodding dog' acknowledging everyone ?

Personally i like to jump onto the seat, do a 'one handed' hand stand whilst waving with the other hand. Do a back flip landing perfectly back on the pegs, and then i do a subtle nod

In reality though, i only get as far as jumping on the seat, at which point i usually fall off

Watch later series of Red Dwarf for the correct wave. Look for something called the 'Rimmer Salute'. You may need to ride more slowly to complete this before the other bike has passed.
