Accessing Fuel Cap Internals.

Hi.

I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to access the internals inside the fuel cap to attempt to fix the lock mechanism as the cap doesn't open and also siezes your key inside it.

I have the fuel cap off and the key out but it doesn't look like I can open it.

Does anyone know?

Oh yeah, I have penetrating oil the hell out of this thing with no luck so unfortunately no point in suggesting that.
