Learn how to f**king overtake!

Basically it was a 30 zone where there is horse riding place and houses. I slowed to let horses pass then once I passed I looked in my mirror and saw the Bentley which had been behind me for about 10 mins, not really close just normal distance. NSL sign came so I started to speed up when I heard screeching tyres next to me which turned out to be the Bentley twat trying to over take and nearly having a head on with a car on the other side!

I looked in my mirror and disappeared into the distance and didn't see him again. My guess is he was trying to impress the girl in the car with him

The world's smallest violin player, just for you!

Go faster and then people won't need to overtake you.

I bet his version of events would be different. Something along the lines of "Fucking arrogant Ducati rider trying to perve on my woman"

Very Happy Thumbs Up

You played it all wrong, should have let him past while pretending to struggle then as he's pulling in still at full throttle and smugness you breeze past giving him the infuriating wanker sign! This way his gold digging ladyfriend realises that he is in fact a cock!

He is probably very pissed off at you. And probably thinks you sped up as he was overtaking to not let him past which left him on the wrong side of the road and in a dangerous position.

Not saying you did, but he will look at it that way.

This is why you shouldn't overtake someone when the speed limit is changing, as you should expect them to accelerate. Motorcycles are ofcourse exempt from this, as they cant WTFBBQPWN pretty much anything in terms of acceleration. Thumbs Up Smile

Id just have been chuffed somebody had manned up and decided they could have a go. Seriously the whole time I had the Hayabusa not one single car even had a cheeky rev at me!

I caught an aston martin convertible racing a M3 up the local bypass and they both pulled over to let me past. Only when I was a good few hundred metres away did they start again. Neutral

Those days are gone now, dont think I'll have that much heroic acceleration from a V-Twin!

I used to have twats do that all the time when i had the CG. that thing felt quick though, so overtaking was fun.

Im going to test ride the RSVR that I looked at last week. My Hayabusa went yesterday ( Crying or Very sad ) so Im in a position to make my move. Im hoping for an honest opinion from an EX owner as opposed to a CURRENT one as I feel I might get a more objectionable view!

Oh and thats for that RAC3R!! Laughing

Do it!

Seriously it's up to you. You'll have to weigh up the pros and cons for yourself. It's you riding it.

However they are great bikes.

Your going to regret it pal, lol. I used my missus 600 fazer track bike for a few ride outs and had great fun, but there is no substitute for cc's and horses when you want them.
