Stumbled across this, had a good play with my bike settings on it and thought it may be of some use, if only via the search button in future.

used it a few times.

tis a good site although its own figures seem to all be different in the different tables. not hugely though, so still a good indication

If you want more idea of what gearing your bike will pull and have a dyno printout for your bike then use the figures from gear commander in:-

e.g. for my cbr600 trackbike i've got -1 front +2 rear. according to the first table with my 13300 rev limit that means i'll make 118.5mph in 4th. the next table shows sprocket changes and shows 119mph.

its just a rounding issue.

this isnt a huge example and i did have a better one but it proves the calculations arent quite the same even given the same stats.

like i said though, difference isnt huge Smile

Actually there is no difference...

The second table shows values in CUSTOM setup ONLY, which you should not be compared to Stock or Current setup in the first table.....

When compared Custom in the first table to Custom in the second table the values are exactly the same: 118.5 Mph
