Probably worth trying Stinkwheels who reproduce the old Allspeed exhausts.
All the best

Nikon also do pipes for the AR125 and so did Giannelli too. The allspeed ones did work better than std, but aparently only gave any gains on the u.k 12bhp bikes, and they didn't improve performance on a 21bhp full power bike at all from what i read about them. The FP bikes had a different expansion chamber to the learner legal bikes.
I have heard from someone that tuned an AR125 to over 30bhp at the back wheel, that the Nikon pipe is the only pipe they tried that allowed the engine to rev right out to 10.5k, and give decent peak numbers on a tuned engine. I doubt they work very well in the midrange though! I don't know how the Giannelli pipes performed, but they looked much better than the early style std pipe. |

I have just got the latest model B8 1994 AR 125 in a awful condition, I have just replaced the fork seals and stanchions for a brand new set I found on ebay. New chain and sprockets. And now I need to sort the engine, I have the standard exhaust and had a hand welding it up, but now the performance is leaving room for improvement. I have attempted for some time to source a Micron pipe, however have had no luck. I would like to know a little more about the gianelli and the nikkon pipes. £175 seems steep but it may be worth it if I were to continue improving performance. I also have an air leak on the carb mount rubber, any ideas where to get a replacement? ____________________ Kawasaki AR125 B8 - Getting ready for a summer time soon! |
