As a usable method of transport, it sucks the big one. As a piece of art it looks like an 8 year old has been let loose with some French curves and a box of Meccano/Lego Technics.
I love the engine, and would jizz to see it in a road going chopper. ____________________ Chances are quite high you are not in my Monkeysphere, and I don't care about you. Don't take it personally.

Does it run on steam?
Yes = win.
No = fail.
What looks like an amazing rear brake and no front brake, also bad, amongst many other things. |

Steampunk is a style, making ordinary things look like they're from a jules verne novel. |
I am well aware what steam punk is, ta . I would describe it as more of a genre personally - as it covers literary, other fictional media as well as art like the above and the like. One of my favoured genres, certainly.
The ship in mutant chronicles is an excellent example; it has boilers and makes the 'steam train' sounds, but we must presume their technology has taken a different course to our own, so that can somehow make a spaceship fly.

Skip to 43 mins in video.
(I thought the whole film was really good, but that might be because I was expecting a cheap X-Men.)
And yes, I know the film's CGI, but they could have made an effort with the bike and made it really interesting.
If I have the time, I'd definitely be tempted to do a 'games' room in a house entirely in steam punk style, though I would wimp as they have, however I'd at least add some fake steam . |

If it was given to me for free I would ride it and be proud of it. Real head turner.
But for the money would I buy it? NO |

Oo! steampunk!!
Thats nice ... well, as a "model" its nice, a piece of tat to put on the windowsill, etc., its well cool ... but as a proper chopper, nah, it would be too OTT.
But I do luuuuuuuuuurrrrrrvvvvvve steampunk. ____________________ Not nearly as interesting in real life. |

Doesn't have enough ground clearance for the suspension to even work, it'd just scrape the floor. What a useless bit of design.
It is pretty though. ____________________
