Metzeler launches a new competition designed for two-wheels fan. Just give in to your passion and prove your skills in a nice race along one of the circuits in Metzeler's dedicated website: www.wheelsarethechampions.com.
Once you are logged into the website, choose one of the available videos and simulate all the sounds of your virtual bike, including braking, overtaking and final sprints.
The most intense and realistic riding wins a HONDA VFR1200F 2010, complete with the new Metzeler Roadtec Z8 Interact™ tyres, or 10 sets of Metzeler Roadtec Z8 Interact™!

I would read that rule as being for "adverts"; which implies something being sold. Nothing is for sale here, it's a FREE competition where you can WIN something. He is not making any money from it. Fair enough, it is a bit of a publicity stunt, but I hardly think it falls under "spam" when it's literally giving something away for nothing  .
