I found Luffield to be awesome, you got a few bends there and an end of a straight, you usually see an off or two around those bends.

Going to that too. Should be good, I also have no idea about stands. Laughing

No argument at all, on a sofa in front of the telly !. It's too flat, too wide, and too big, wouldn't ever go there again, waste of dosh.

Before giving out advice (and taking it), don't forget that the circuit layout has changed in certain areas.

am sure you've seen the ticket options and got one by now lol, but just in case ... get yourself a roving grandstand ticket so you can move between them all and decide what parts of the track you want to see most Smile

I've always favoured the grandstands at Woodcote & Luffield though ... can see lots of the track plus they put the big screen there so you can see the whole race Smile

Am hoping some of the new banking provides good viewing too ... well we'll know by the end of the weekend! lol Very Happy

Have a great time wherever you watch from!

Brill day of racing, what you don't get on tv is more of the mini battles going on further down the pack. i.e. Kiyonari was pretty interesting in race 2 despite being the back. I switched between luffield, arena and becketts. All were pretty good places, had screens so you could see the rest of the race and offered something different. One thing to whinge about though, no cash machines onsite. Was starving by midday and had to nip into silverstone village to find one so we could get some food.
