Looks ok, for commuting I reckon it would be ideal (my commutes are seldom more than 20 miles each way). Though will people hear or see you? (as lights eat batts) Though I do wonder how the range is affected by the cold as cold kills batteries. And simply how much will new batteries cost, like disposible razors or blades for electric razors? Oh and the pollution displacement thingie too.....


$11900 though, which means for Brits will be £11900, which is super sports bike territory... which means LOSE

An old CBR600F has 100ish Bhp, weighs the same and costs 1/5th the amount this bike costs.

I think DIY is still the way to go at those prices - could probably pay someone to make you a nice shiny custom one for less.

For some time the cost of batteries are still going to be an issue - and of course that they need replacing. Petrol is still a hell of a lot more useful way to store energy for the moment.
