Hey i went down on my R6 a few months back and have smashed up the right side fairing pretty bad. I am thinking of getting this aftermarket fairing set of ebay works out about £360 for a whole set. Was just curious to know if anyone had come across these fairing sets and knew which ones might be good bad or ugly. Shag Marry or Avoid situation. I remember looking into it before on my old VFR and hearing a lot of bad stuff will appreaciate any help and advice as i dont fancy being ripped of again.

here is a link to one set i was looking at

see if you can buy one chinky panel and compare it to your oem one.
You'll notice that the chinky one is fragile, snappable and has shit paint but the oem one can practically be tied in a knot.

The chinese panels can be OK. Try a company called Acumart on Ebay, there one of the biggest dealers of Chinese fairings. Sometimes they require things like the holes drilling a bit bigger so they fit properly. And you need to put plenty of heat tape around the exhaust area or they will melt. But for the price you can get them for, you can't really go wrong.

Or https://www.sharkskinz.com/ are really good, they do excellent work. And they do 1 piece upper fairings, that look awesome.
