Have a look at some of the stuff on versiontracker:

https://www.versiontracker.com/php/search.php?mode=basic&action=search&str=touch+typing&plt%5B%5D=windows&jumptoCat=0&x=0&y=0

If I remember correctly, I've got a typing program on CD somewhere that came free with my last computer. Not of any interest to me, never even put it in the machine, but you're welcome to it if you don't find anything else (and provided I can find it!)

Got hooked on Bookworm for a while, although some of the words are a bit dubious. Like Rocket a lot, and actually ended up buying Dynamite (and finishing it!)

I learnt with good old Mavis Beacon, and she got me to my current 50 wpm. So personally I'd recommend her but I'm sure there are plenty of better ones on the market nowadays!! Very Happy

Alternatively, I can recommend working for an overnight typesetting company, with regular and frantic 8am deadlines.

Doesn't help if you're trying to reduce on caffeine/nicotine intake, but its got my typing speeds up somewhat. Last time I did a test, I was clocked at 107 Smile
