Firstly looking for £1000 ono (would go a bit lower for quick sale! Im off travelling the world soon!)
I have my trusty Suzuki DR350 for sale, it has tax and MOT until the end of July so you can ride it away if needs be. Tax is only £33 for the year and I see no reason why it should fail its MOT. Its M reg, and the enduro model, so kick start with no battery. But don’t let you put you off, hot or cold it will normally start within the first or second kick, the engine is superb on it!
The DR350 has a reputation for being bomb proof and built like a tank, yet light enough to chuck around off road. They are also getting harder to find these days and you will be pushed to find one in this condition for less money.
The Good Bits:
- Engine works like new, never had any trouble from it and is very fuel efficient! Drove it back from Guildford to Exeter which is around 150 miles on the slow roads and it cost me 11 pounds! Thats about 70mpg!
- Has a Continental tck80 tyre on the back
- On the front is a Pirelli MT 21, Both have been on the bike for about 10 months so are used but still have plenty of life left in them, at least over half of the tread left.
- New X-ring chain and rear and front sprocket fitting in May 2010
- New rear disc and brake pads also fitting in May
-For its MOT a year a go, new rear wheel bearings were fitted these are still in very good condition with no movement, so are the other bearings.
- Home made well built rear rack, will add photos of that after the weekend as I am away at the moment.
- Home made removable indicators, made from kettle plugs so when you go off roading you can simply pull them out and put them in your pocket which saves them getting snapped off if you drop the bike and so forth. See photos! (I actually ended up not using these as I forgot to take them out once and knocked one off, so went back to using my hands! However the option is there if you feel you need indicators, you will just have to buy two LED ones. All the other switchgear and wiring I will provide)
The Bad Bits:
-It has been used as it was designed and as a result the plastic are not in showroom condition, and do have signs of wear and tear but nothing bad.
- Clutch cable and lever could do with replacing, but works perfectly as it is just something I havent got around to doing yet.
Before its sold, I will also take off the exhaust rub it down and give it a coat of VHT paint. I will also give the kickstand, foot pegs, kick start a coat of paint to make it all look nice.
Pics (these are the only ones ive got at the moment so sorry it’s a bit muddy!) its had a lot of TLC since these were taken and will update with new ones on Monday:

Thanks for looking!
