quick seeth to get out of my system

so me and lots of mates went out for a blast this morning a very pleasant 170miles +

the rule is staggered formation, 2nd man marking at junctions, etc ( fairly normal really) so why oh why does Tony go 15 mph slower than the rest, stays in middle (not staggered) and don't mark any corners ( so i had to several times)

ooh feel better for that Very Happy

oh we have all said things but hey ho, hes never had an accident ( seen loads in rear view ) Very Happy

as to marking corners its so others don't get lost from behind, when caught at junctions etc.. lead man had some idea of route

Well if he isn't being safe, tell him this and say either start riding safely or you will not be welcome on our rides. Fair enough really.

And can you explain what you mean by marking corners?

The obvious thing to do would be to tell him (though feel free to rant at us as well Smile ).

I think the idea being that when there's a junction the second person in the group waits there to direct people ste.

BCF rides tend to be a lot less formal, though usually someone does something like the above... if nothing else to play roundabout surfing Razz.

thats the idea, 2nd man marking, good in larger groups or through towns.. often our runs a lot smaller groups so no problem

he has been told, and we try to show, has a mind like a goldfish me thinks Very Happy thankfully its been about 6 months since he was with this group..
