never received theory test certificate

i passed my theory quite a while ago now, probably 2 months... the certificate never arrived and i cant find who or where to contact to sort it out? has this happened to anyone or can anyone tell me what i should do?

They should give it to you when you pass

if not them im sure you could request another one?

they should have given you it before you left the centre that u sat the test at.

failing that, i lost mine in transit when i moved from northern ireland to england and i contacted the dvla ni test centre where i sat my test and they sent over a letter confirming my pass and the cert number and you can use that for booking the practical tests

There's not a seperate certificate as such, it's just printed on the back of the letter that shows your test scores.

They should emboss it with the DVLA logo and hand it to you on the way out.

i was sure last time i did it i got an actual certificate rather than just the printout... maybe just my dodgy memory!
