The challenge is to find a decent picture or video of my doing knee down.

I have never seen one. Crying or Very sad

Or I can definitely remember there being one of you going the wrong way around the theale roundabout.

Thats the thing there are loads of times I have been doing it when there is a camera about but I have yet to see one.
