Bloody stones....

I'm in the royal hospital in liverpool bored. Called amberlamps this morning. I woke up at 4 in some epic pain in my left kidney. Been here all day. Morphine doesnt work so they gave me some crazy cocktail of drugs and all was good until they wore off. I'm am currently waiting on a papa johns pizza cos i'm starvin and it's better than hospital food. Reckon the staff will shout at me for bringing a pizza onto the ward?

I took pizzas, burgers and roast dinners etc in when the O/H was in hospital. Just depends on how strict the regulations and/or the staff are...

In less than a week, I was actually taking advance orders from other patients on the ward

Well the pizza was good. Got woke up at 6 so they could do blood pressure and stuff, which war just rude. I was well snoozing. Got up, had a smoke and went to starbucks. Not in any great pain, just a little sensitive. Should be outta here today cheers for all the loves people.

Oooooh, I remember my kidney stone......But not as much as I remember them taking my stent out after the treatment. I thought I was going to have to marry the three female nurses that held me down (I was naked from the waist down).

But afterwards I was like a new man, going for long walks and running up stairs, just cos I could without the stent irritating me inside and making me want a widdle all the time. Give it it's due, ultrasound treatment for kidney stones is bloody brilliant, I never had to pass anything that I could feel and I got to listen to Dolly Parton at full blast through each session.

Well lads and ladies,

Its Saturday night and im still in the hozzie.
The stone has passed into my bladder, the ultra sound dude showed me it on the screen. My left kidney is still very inflamed and very very sore. I had a piss about 20mins ago and some little bits of grit came out, didnt hurt just felt weird.....

Heres to hoping ill be outta here 2moz, I got a gsxr to fix.

Hope you get out soon, have they given you any indication of how long it will take for you to get rid of the rest of it? I can sympathise, I had a kidney infection about two weeks ago, was immobile for a few days, hurt so much I couldn't stand up straight!
