I noticed karma had dropped for a few people when Korn was resurrected. Its the price you pay for having an Admin. It would be cool if you could swap Karma for real stuff, like a gold blob for a wagon wheel or a green for mini milky way.

If anyone wants some Karma we could work something out for some Turkish Delight? I'll do a deal on 10 positives and add you as a friend for a box of Liquorice Allsorts? Only Bassets though, writing 'Berties Best' in felt tip and colouring in the Aldi logo won't work on me again.

The blob system is flawed, as I see it: If you know lots about bikes + share your knowledge in the workshop = lots of gold blobs. Or, if you know nothing about bikes + share your 'knowledge' with other people who know nothing about bikes (which is why they asked) + get positive karma in the workshop = gold blobs / everyone calls them a fanny for talking shite = but gold blobs remain.

I rarely go to the workshop section, why would I when there are a people on here who's breadth of knowledge I couldn't even approach, I (as do many others) just post shite up in this section, ergo; green blobs.

There-for, I tend to ignore it in others, although I will admit to keeping an eye on my own, if only to check I haven't mortally offended rapdude; he's a sensitive wee soul.

I am under the impression that the almighty karma algorithm considers spelling mistakes in a negative light. If this is the case then surely things like:

CBR600, RD350, R1, GPZ, Lifan, etc etc would count as a spelling mistake.

You essentially would be/are being penalised for talking about bikes .
