Yes, good AIDS you catch innocently from blood transfusions or being attacked by someone with a syringe full of bad AIDS.

You can only get bad AIDS from having sex or injecting drugs.

might be gastro enteritis. mine started off a bit like yours, then put me in hospital. lost like 2 stone tho. well worth the pain.
