Barclays online passcode

been sent 2 of these now and both have been no use at all,scratch the grey surface with a coin as it says and the passcode number still isn't showing clearly

tryed the numbers it most likely looks like and its not doing anything at all,really frustrating

anyone got any ideas on how to sort this ?

Put a piece of white paper behind it..

Or simply GO to a big branch, I remember sticking my card in to one of the terminals there and it skipped one of the password stages.

you do know you scratch the back don't you, not the front, but you turn it round to the front to see the numbers.

Then when it is quite clear, hold up to a white computer screen.

I can't do them either, I got a new pin number for my card and I had to keep sending off for a new one until I could actually read it.

well just got another and its the same again,barely scratched it enough to just get the grey surface off and then unrecognisable numbers are behind

really doing my head in as i need to know how much is in my account,all barclays do is send another code out which is just turning in to a big circle.
