Doesn't it work where the exchange is based. Mine came up with a town down the road.

im not big on geography but southampton bermuda is not just down the road from portsmouth, hampshire.

Completely synced up to my PC clock already.
Di you know that atomic clocks aren't actually that accurate over a short time period, but then over long time periods they are too accurate and their time has to be adjusted based on planetary alignment and such in order to keep sync with whats going on in the solar system.

Mine updates itself automatically to a time server somewhere.

I have a utilities program that does loads of stuff and one click and it sets it.

Windows can do that for you, you don't need a separate utility. Assuming you're running some flavour of Windows.
