Long way off, but looking at my shift patterns it's the only weekend I'm off.

Now I know G can't pass up such a chance! I quite fancy Tom's farm, maybe make a weekend of it?

Enduroland has a 'weekender' in Wales that weekend.
Tom's farm 'aint all that', though could consider a day there and a day at Enduroland or something. Though, that is some way off, so probably can't commit for sure right now.
Is it just the weekend you've got off? If I continue with my current unemployment plans, I'd be up for making it a bit longer trip - maybe some trail riding, mountain bike riding or whatever (possibly even a trackday?)

I presume you're busy this Sunday - enduroland not too far from on then.

Also, what about the previously mentioned 12 September for Enduroland?

It was your Enduroland post that prompted me to post this. I watched the video and even that Enduroland event looks WWAAAYYY out of my skill level, hence I could do with a day at Tom's farm or something to get some more experience, since my only real off road experience is a single day's green laning, and our trail bike trial.

I'm off from the Friday to the Monday over that weekend, but I finish work at 7am on the Friday, so that day's mostly written off.

I could be tempted with a day at Coed Y Brenin and a day at Tom's farm or something.

P.s I'm working Sunday.

Remember being jobless, I've got time in the week to get out and play too!
If you'd like to go for a 'messabout', I believe four marks (actually better than Tom's farm) which is down this way too is open all week.

Could try and maybe chuck in some trail riding or mountain biking if you wanted to make it a couple of days and sleep on my sofa or whatever.

I do like the sound of midweek messing. I was only looking so far in the future so as to get a weekend.

Four marks, never heard of it. But I'll do some google poking and see if we can arrange something a bit sooner.

Four Marks looks decent, £10 for the day apparently, video looks alright, basic, but a good laff. I'd be up for that assuming my tow-bar mounted bike rack thing works.

Is the video our BlueSV650S?

It is I suspect, but the track bit is a bit better defined now.
There's some pictures here (scroll for more) from the last time we went: https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=198118&start=80

That looks hella-fun. I'll get eBaying for a light board for my car! And I'd better find a master cylinder for the KX. (And a little bit more gearbox oil).

Yep, as G said it is markedly 'better' there now though.

By better I mean more varied ... Wink
