its coming to the time of year where im comuting at 9-10pm and its dark. I am seeing more and more badly adjusted headlamps on cars. Has any one else noticed this . I mean on my way home tonight 19 miles i counted 27 cars with headlamps that dazzled me or just outright blinded me.

nex question. anti glare visors do they work?

Those bright blue/white ones are HID. Seen on most new German cars.

I have a built in dark visor thing that drops down, so at night, I lower it 1/5 of the way and just tilt my head forward when one comes towards me, so that bit is filtered out.

Mainly new cars like Audi and Mercedes that use them.. There ment to be proven to give the driver more vision or some shit. Also alot of boy racers use them because its is an 'u1tr4 c00l' mod they like to show there mates.

I like HIDs. They are great for driving, but should be adjusted properly. This is the same for all car headlights, mind you. I suffer with glare at night, not so bad on the bike as I'm higher up. I use a sunstrip at the top of my visor, so I dip my head and look through that if it's really bad.

I will be fitting a HID kit to my bike this weekend as it happens Smile (illegally, according to the opinion of the DoT)
