Some script from video:
"The Follow video was shot in a magistrates court in order to expose what passes for justice in the UK courts.
"There is no Law that states any man or women should pay council tax"
"There is only the 1992 Local government finance act, which being an act of parliament can only be enforced with CONSENT"
"This video is about exercising your right to stand under common law"
I think its important to mention that this is not only applicable with council tax, but with parking tickets, speeding fines - the lot!
Commercial Law pretty much covers everything other than when you have directly caused harm or stole from others. Those are covered under Common Law
The Police and judges have taken an oath to the queen to uphold only the Common Law. They only uphold the commercial Law when you give them jurisdiction.
Now, I am going to declare i don't know how this works exactly. I'm still researching it myself because its quite complex, but what I've gathered so far, its all about word play, and the manner in which the courts function to gain jurisdiction over you under the commercial law codes. The guy in this video plays the role of a sovereign perfectly in order to get his case abandoned by the court. I wouldn't recommend mimicking him unless you really knew what you were doing.
This is not a conspiracy, frivolous or spurious theory. The facts are in the video below, You make up your own mind.

It fits in with the violence theory quite nicely...

If the person making these videos, is technically in the right, if you have the understanding of the law he has, it doesnt mean that anyone he speaks to such as policemen, court officials or magistrates would understand what they can and cant do.
I'm pretty sure that private companies who pretend they have the right to issue fines are just asking for donations, and work on the basis that you entered into a contract by seeing a sign about a parking fee. I had one of them pestering me for a while then heard no more about it.
However I suspect that the council tax has been in place long enough for any legal loopholes to be closed about non-payment.
I like the idea that you have to consent to the law applying to you, but I asked a solicitor, and he didnt think that was the case. Maybe he is techincally wrong, but if everyone misinterprets the law, and you are forced to pay council tax illegally, who can you appeal to ? The courts are there to uphold the law or there interpretation of it. ____________________ colin1 is officially faster than god |
