My dad is going to possibly sell me his Deauville at a good price.

I have a few questions I hope people could answer for me.

1. Does anybody know how a Deauville reacts to being brought down to the 33bhp restriction?

2. Does anyone know how much a restriction kit is for the Deauville?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Not ridden a restricted deuville but it's a v twin so I would expect it to be pretty good with a restriction kit. They aren't a bad bike to ride either despite the booring tag.

As for restriction price, well the kit for may daughters CBR cost something over £100, (for four washers and a bit of paper) may be a bit cheaper for a twin but I doubt it. Evil or Very Mad

I have also been wondering what the deauville will be like restricted. Think it will be an ideal bike for commuting to work. Just concerned it would affect low end grunt? (few hills on way to work)

My dad gave me a ride on his bike on Sunday. I liked it. Completely unrestricted though. So don't know how it will feel restricted.
