Realistically nobody would pay more than £20k for it. And that would be something like collectors price for some exotics like that.

For an average Joe it's probably worth no more than £5k. But most of average Joes wouldn't even want it as it's quite sad to have a motorcycle with Ferrari badge.. I've seen Hayabusa with Lamborghini badge somewhere and sadness was overwhelming.

There were some Lamborghini bikes built in France in the mid 1980s with the factories permission. Based on the GPZ1000RX I think.

All the best

I agree with pinkyfloyd. It looks terrible to say it's worth almost a 1/4 of a million! And someone said it's sad putting a ferrari badge on a bike, i agree... i thought that was bad with bmw aswell. Smile

I remember seeing a Schwantz RGV500 complete with huge spares and special tools assortment go for £60K a few years ago. That really would have been worth having - not some bizarre hotch potch but a genuine GP bike, albeit an early 90s one.

Register it for the road, stick two or three sets of pistons in your rucksack and away you go for a relaxing weekend of 190mph touring Laughing

There is a guy making a ferrari bike on CBR forums from a 600 CBR, it looks soooooo bad it is unreal. The yanks love that sort of tat though, extended swingarms, lowering links etc etc.
