Well at least it's about real life racing, but it does look like it was produced using PowerPoint...

Seriously getting released in the cinema? Trailer looks good. Is it based on a real or fictional BSB calendar? Cant wait for its release.

Yes it will be in the cinemas, it's based on this years bsb (they've filmed at every weekend!) and follows the four main riders through the summer. Very Happy

That is definately a straight to DVD effort. I highly doubt it will be in the cinema in the way that you would get any other film tbh.

Thanks for the spam.

It looks shit.

Having had a quick read up on the internet from a simple google search I've come across "isuperbiker" posting this tosh on every forum he's been on, BCF, MCN website, superbikeforum and obviously YouTube.

This is a quote from Superbikeforum:

"The film has been directed by Mark Sloper and filmed by a professional crew. It's in association with the 400 company, please feel free to look up their website if you still think I'm a child! The music has been specially composed for the film with the film score by David vanian of the Damned and music by Phil Collen of Def Leppard and Manraze "

Not sure what to think, to me it just looks like a load of BSB clips chucked together to form a review DVD really.

Hmmm, I don't see the problem to be honest. Posting on various biking forums seems a good way to elicit interest in their target audience. It'll be a low budget effort with next to no marketing funds.

And it's a link to a trailer on Youtube, he's not asking anyone to buy the thing (Or is he? Youtube doesn't work at my work). I guess if it's shit, fair enough, but I wouldn't label it as spam.

Thankyou! I'm putting the link on various biking forums to gain some interest in the right areas, obviously it would be a silly thing to post it on a make-up forum!

I'm just trying to get people to look at the trailer and see if they're interested in the film, I'm not selling anything so cannot see why people are so convinced I'm spamming! I'm glad to see some people are liking the link, thanks for your comments.

Pedant time!

Well, I hope they don't plan on using some last year's footage from the trailer then!

Define main? Plenty of screen time for James Ellison, who is currently 9th. Didn't see much of the Championship leader (and former double Champion) Kiyonari, or anything of fourth placed Rutter! Razz

I'm not really getting the Roman theme with the title or final part of the trailer either. Is this tenuous link something to do with someone commenting, half arsed, that they were gladiators?
