Time for some new ones as my current ones are a bit past it. Looking for some all year round gloves, but have no idea where to start. Any particularly good brands or gloves in particular you'd recommend? Also, once the price starts to rise (£50+) are these gloves actually any better or are you just paying for a better brand?
Cheers. ____________________ Full licence from 16/4/08

I would buy two pairs, one summer and one winter.
I have some RST Rift summer gloves and find them good, cost me £30.00 ____________________ Suzuki GSF600 K3 (in the fastest colour, black). |

The thing with gloves is they always feel a little strange when you put them on the first time. I thought my new pair were a little big for me until the leather was broken in. now they seem to fit snuggly.
All new gloves havent had the wear in them that moulds them to your hands and since they only tend to come in small, med and large your limited and its hard to get a perfect fit from the shelf.
Buy a pair that feels comfortable and as close to a fit as you can get and they will sort themselves out.
At least thats what I have found. But then I prob have weird sized hands! ____________________ illuminateTHEmind wrote: I am just more evolved than most of you guys... this allows me to pick of things quickly which would have normally taken the common man years to master

ALPINESTARS WR-V Motorcycle Gloves Gore-Tex Waterproof
Alpinestar 365 -
Both good gloves... Both costly
One set is leather with gortex, one is just chunky textile.
I ride max 50 miles a day - much prefer the plastic fuel pump gloves underneath my gloves.... works alright and saves a fair bit |
