Evening,

Got a Highway Hawk headlight & had to remove the bulbs but the screws were made from cheese & they're fairly small so only managed to remove one. What would be the best way to secure both bulbs down now i don't have the screws?

The underside of the bulbs doesn't lie flat so glue wouldn't work, need some sort of chemical metal that is safe for this type of thing but without the mess. With the above stuff you can lay it on thick, so could overlap the edges to make it extra secure. Glue would be too thin.

Cheers.

The old ones are still in there. The heads have sheared off & are far too small to drill.

Can't drill anymore as it'd go through to the reflector. And the metal is a bastard to drill.

Remove the remaining/working screw and put a washer under the head, this will probably give you enough overlap to hold it in place with just the 1 screw ...
